Pablo is the founder of Futureration Systems and chief executive officer. Pablo got his PhD in magnetic analysis and refactoring from MIT. His early career was spent developing maglev solutions for defense applications and transportation. Pablo holds six patents for magnetic resistance and is an adjunct professor of Magnetology at Baylor University. He lives on a lake with his dog's Dixie and Sugar and enjoys boating and wakeboarding.

Lidya is the head of human resources and diversity. Lydia has an undergrad degree in sociology and psychology and a master's in social work. She began her degree working for Walmart in Bentonville AR before joining Futureration. She is an avid pickleball player and lives with three cats.

Reuben is the head of engineering and chief technology officer for Futureration. He is a self-taught engineer. He apprenticed with Pablo in previous companies before joining Futureration at its inception. Ruben likes to cook and enjoys hiking and mountain biking.
