Brent Palmer directs the marketing and branding strategy for Convey Services and Cloud Conventions to ensure that all technology platforms are designed to meet company branding standards and to reflect the best design strategy possible to showcase the platform’s graphic capabilities. Brent ensures that any messaging on platforms, in corporate websites or through marketing outreach are consistent and focused on the value of the Cloud Conventions and Venue programs.
Brent is heavily involved in product design to ensure that customers have the right experience to customize and brand their platform, navigate through the features, and understand how to use the functionality without needing specialists or external software resources. He translates features and functionality into UX/UI design utilized by the software development teams.
Brent collaborates directly with partners and distributors to ensure they can maximize the value of the Cloud Conventions services and appropriately market those services to their customer base.
Danny Gaston develops and expands the marketplace for virtual and hybrid events by creating partnership programs for event managers, association management companies, trade show operators, technology companies and channel resellers. Danny strategically understands how to address an emerging market, and deliver the tactics needed to generate customers and revenue. He has been integral in every aspect of the development of Cloud Conventions Including product direction and developing processes for event design and management.
Ross Bradfield has been an integral part of the Convey start-up team, the parent company of Cloud Conventions. He focused on providing a superior customer experience for Venue customers by focusing on streamlining features in product design and creating a self-serve training program and online knowledgebase. Ross has also worked with high-profile enterprise customers to help direct strategy for large and complex events. He helped develop Convey Channel, the content and marketing network for the telecommunications and cloud industry and Convey Insurance for the property and casualty insurance industry.

Mike Guardalabene directs product strategy for the Cloud Conventions event portal and related services. Mike develops the product roadmap and translates the business needs of the customer into features and capabilities for the platform. He directs the integration development for enterprise customers that desire to connect the Cloud Conventions platform to other technologies as well as manages standard integrations with external registration platforms, video conferencing solutions, email delivery services or other software platforms.
Mike manages the software development team and ensures that agile 3-tiered software development and release process is strictly followed. Mike is completing his master's degree from Georgia Tech to receive a Masters in Science in Analytics with certifications as a Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner.
