Speaker Bio
Olivia works directly with the product team to ensure that the Cloud Conventions technology can be easily managed by a non-technical user, that features are consistent throughout the platform, and are easy to navigate and understand by all levels of users. She collaborates to create a roadmap for technology improvements, communicates new features or improvements to partners and customers and ensures upgrades are translated into the online knowledgebase or other educational programs. Olivia processes incoming feedback and requests from team members, direct customers, and partners to recommend potential improvements or features that should be added to the product roadmap. She creates customer journey and development documents used by the software team to create the features and functionality. Olivia also offers professional services to high-profile customers that need assistance on event or platform strategy or services needed for large and complex events.
