Melly delivers professional services directly to high-profile customers with complex platform or event needs to ensure their experience with the technology meets their business and event goals.

Olivia works directly with the product team to ensure that the Cloud Conventions technology can be easily managed by a non-technical user, that features are consistent throughout the platform, and are easy to navigate and understand by all levels of users. She collaborates to create a roadmap for technology improvements, communicates new features or improvements to partners and customers and ensures upgrades are translated into the online knowledgebase or other educational programs. Olivia processes incoming feedback and requests from team members, direct customers, and partners to recommend potential improvements or features that should be added to the product roadmap. She creates customer journey and development documents used by the software team to create the features and functionality. Olivia also offers professional services to high-profile customers that need assistance on event or platform strategy or services needed for large and complex events.

Mike Guardalabene directs product strategy for the Cloud Conventions event portal and related services. Mike develops the product roadmap and translates the business needs of the customer into features and capabilities for the platform. He directs the integration development for enterprise customers that desire to connect the Cloud Conventions platform to other technologies as well as manages standard integrations with external registration platforms, video conferencing solutions, email delivery services or other software platforms. Mike manages the software development team and ensures that agile 3-tiered software development and release process is strictly followed. Mike is completing his master's degree from Georgia Tech to receive a Masters in Science in Analytics with certifications as a Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner.

Mark Lane is a business development specialist that focuses on defining the organizations that are ideal candidates to add Venue as a virtual platform for events, online communities, training programs, or to engage a remote organization. He researches vertical markets to understand how they currently use platforms and to find areas where those platforms are underperforming and would benefit from a change in technology. Mark also works with high-profile customers that need professional services to help them create the right strategy for the use of Venue, customize the platform and supplement their staff with event services.
